Developmental Assessments

Insight Leaders Can Actually Use
Many leaders have been through assessments that produced long reports and little change. Developmental assessments sharpen self-awareness, prompt useful reflection, and lead to a small number of focused actions.

When Developmental Assessment Helps
- Senior leaders preparing for larger, more complex roles.
- High-potential leaders at an inflection point in their careers.
- New leadership teams wanting a shared language about how they lead together.
- Organizations launching targeted development programs and wanting a stronger starting point.

What Leaders Learn about Themselves
Our developmental assessments help leaders understand patterns in how they approach complex work, how they tend to respond under pressure, how colleagues experience them, and where longstanding habits may now be limiting their impact.

Tools and Process
We tailor the mix of tools to level, purpose, and context. A typical approach may include selected psychometric instruments, online or interview-based 360° feedback, structured self-reflection, and a one-on-one feedback conversation with an LDW Consultant that helps the leader develop a plan of action.

From Insight to Action
Insight without follow-through can be frustrating. We work with leaders to choose a small number of priorities, translate them into practical behavior experiments, and align managers and HR on how to support those changes, often linking assessment insights to coaching or other development experiences.
