Shane Danaher serves as Chief Operating Officer for Leadership Development Worldwide, LLC. Since joining LDW in 2023, Shane has led the firm’s operational modernization via building scalable delivery infrastructure, integrating emerging technology into the assessment practice, and positioning LDW to meet the evolving demands of a rapidly changing talent landscape.

Under Shane’s leadership, LDW has accelerated its technology strategy while preserving the rigor and consultant expertise that have defined the firm since 1999. He oversees delivery operations, and technology architecture; ensuring that as AI reshapes the assessment industry, LDW leads from a position of both innovation and responsibility.

Before LDW, Shane spent nearly two decades in healthcare technology, most recently as Chief Operating Officer at Divurgent, where he led the firm to recognition on Modern Healthcare’s “Best Places to Work” and the Inc 5000 Fastest Growing Companies lists. That experience, scaling operations, building technology-enabled service delivery, and navigating regulated environments, translates directly to the challenges facing executive assessment today.

Shane holds an Economics degree from Haverford College and a Masters in Business Administration from Virginia Tech. He has spoken and published on topics including digital transformation and cybersecurity.

When he’s not leading operations, Shane is a six-time Ironman triathlon finisher who spends his remaining free time tinkering with technology and spending time with his spouse, children, and rescue dogs.
