Impact
Impact That Shows Up in Real Decisions
Investing in leadership only matters when it changes outcomes: who gets hired, how teams make decisions, and how effectively organizations deliver on strategy.
LDW’s work is designed to create meaningful and measurable impact. We balance business and human insights to find solutions that actually fit.

Where Our Clients See Impact
While every engagement is different, impact is often made in a few familiar places:
- Higher-confidence hiring, promotion, and succession decisions for critical roles.
- Smoother onboarding and transitions (i.e., clear expectations, faster relationship-building, fewer avoidable surprises).
- Leaders who understand their strengths and risks, and have a concrete plan to adjust behavior under pressure.
- Senior teams that align around priorities, navigate conflict productively, and make better decisions together.
- Organizations that build healthier leadership pipelines, not just “fix a problem in the moment.”
- Leaders who are change ready and able to adapt with intention as expectations and environments shift.

How We Think about Measurement
Impact is easiest to see when you define success early. Our engagements typically start by clarifying the business outcomes and observable leadership behaviors that matter most; then we design assessment, coaching, or team work around that definition.
Depending on the work, measurement may include stakeholder feedback, goal progress, 360° input, and other agreed indicators (qualitative and quantitative).
Impact and Success Stories
LDW often works in situations where confidentiality matters. When we share success stories, they are anonymized and focused on the challenge, the work, and the impact.
Where to Go Next
Great leadership outcomes don’t start with a solution. They start with an honest look at the challenge you’re facing. Tell us what you’re currently navigating and we’ll help you find the right path.
