Dr. Adrianne McVeigh is a Senior Partner and Advisory Board Member with LDW, based in Atlanta, GA. As a licensed psychologist, experienced assessor, and executive coach, she combines her psychological expertise with practical business insights to help clients overcome barriers, drive results, and have meaningful impact.

Rachel has over 20 years of experience in the field of organizational effectiveness and development. Through her work in integrated talent management, leadership development, and executive coaching, Rachel has helped leaders transform their perspective and performance, resulting in a long-lasting positive impact for their organizations.

Tony co-founded LDW 25 years ago with a vision of building a boutique executive assessment and development firm to deliver high-touch, impactful executive development services with global reach. Over the course of his 30+ year career, Tony has personally consulted to, and helped to develop, numerous CEOs and their leadership teams in businesses ranging from entrepreneurial start-ups to world-class Fortune 500 companies.

He is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychology Society, and he offers a broad background in human resources spanning more than 15 years. He has led global in-house talent, resourcing and assessment functions, and has provided consultancy and specialist support at board level to a wide range of organizations.

Dr. Andreas Hoyndorf is a Senior International Partner and Advisory Board Member at Leadership Development Worldwide, LLC, operating out of Hamburg, Germany.
Andreas has worked as a consulting psychologist and senior consultant with global consultancy firms and has served clients from the public and private sector, including the United Nations and several Fortune Global 500 companies.
